Thanks for visiting my blog! I am a retired collegiate softball player living in Wilmington, NC working as a Fitness Director at Porters Neck Country Club. Originally from Everett, Washington, I've been a vegetarian for nine years and am passionate about all things fitness and nutrition. I'm an avid runner, cyclist, yogi and "meat"head. I love God, my family, the Hawks, the Herd and The Fitness Pups!
