50 Calorie Iced Protein Coffee

I woke up without an alarm at 3:30am ready to go this morning. Either my sleep schedule is completely out of wack from my trip or I'm totally caught up, I'm not really sure! I cuddled the Fitness Pups for a bit, made some coffee and then took advantage of the extra time and took them on a nice long walk.


On my way to a power Flow Yoga Class, I still had time to spare so I stopped at the gym for a 20 minute warmup on the bike and took my new book in with me. I am about 75 pages into Slaughterhouse and it's so interesting. I find it hard to even say it's "good" because it's actually a really upsetting book that details the cruelty animals have faced in slaughterhouses around the country for years. But well written and certainly a MUST READ for myself and anyone else who is the least bit open minded about vegetarianism or compassion for animals.


This morning I have two classes to teach, Sculpt and Core and Restore, followed by a meeting with my supervisor and working on some of my continuing education stuff, as well as some special event planning and general office work. Should be an easy, breezy morning!
