I've been kinda everywhere with my workouts since I teach so many classes, and try to work around them body-part wise. Some classes are very physically demanding such as Sculpt because I have to demo every move, versus Aqua Class where typically I teach from the Pool deck. Yesterday Zach and I did biceps and triceps and I am definitely feeling it. So today, I put together a quick little leg routine that's sure to get my heart rate up and my legs burnin'!
