Crispy Kale Chips are awesome, low calorie, packed with nutrients and quick, easy and cheap! Can't go wrong! All you need is kale, olive oil and optional sea salt. Perfect snack for when you are craving something salty like chips!
I like to get a bag of kale that way I don't have to do any of the cutting work of getting all the stems off.
1. Spread the kale out on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 275.
2. Spray your kale with, or toss in olive oil.
3. Flip kale by hand or using a spatula. Spray the other side.
4. Add sea salt if you'd like.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, flip again with the spatula and bake for 10 more minutes. (20 minutes total). Turn off the oven and let them sit inside for 10-15 minutes. Then, enjoy! Don't try to store these, they will soften up. Must be enjoyed immediately, but you wont have any problem with that!
