Check me out on the golf course on Monday! I had so much fun with Kendrick and Mandy. We drove around in the golf carts and laughed about how "good" we are at golf. We all got progressively better. I can definitely drive the ball and get a decent amount of length on my shot but hitting it straight is another story.
Employee appreciation day was really fun and I wanted to send out a special thanks to the members who hung out with us, serving food and making sure we all felt very much appreciated. I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS! :) Thanks so much!
Ingredients
- 16oz (1 can) of grabanzo beans
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice

- 1 clove of garlic (I used crushed garlic from a jar- about 1/3 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pepper and a few kalamata olives (optional)
Directions
- Drain the garbanzo beans.
- Place everything in the blender except the olive oil and blend until smooth.
- Pour olive oil over the top just before serving.
- I added a few chickpeas, some kalamata olives and pepper for garnish.
Hummus is YUMMUS! Around 4:00 I got a call from Petco saying that the Fitness Pups were ready to be picked up. I had been waiting all day to go for a nice walk outside because the weather was so beautiful. I figured it'd be good for the pups to get out after being at the groomer all day so we headed over to Hughe McCrae park for a nice little stroll.
Now that they are almost naked you can tell how fit they actually are! :)
Agenda for today...includes teaching the last two Aqua Fitness classes until Summer followed by office work and tying things up for my vacation. After work I am planning on a quick workout followed by some bike riding and a yoga class. Then packing and completing the rest of my food prep for the trip!
Have a good one!
