Breakfast
Can you believe it??? I finally mixed up my protein smoothie flavor! (only because I'm fresh out of PB2). This morning when I got to work, I made a sweet summer tasting smoothie that was a great post workout breakfast!
In the smoothie:
- 1 scoop Vega One Sport Vanilla Protein Powder (You can use any vanilla flavored protein)
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded coconut
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 7-8 ice cubes
Enjoying summer while it's still here. I have to say however, I am very excited for Fall. I'm anxious for the weather to cool down a bit and the humidity to drop so I can really start to enjoy some outdoor exercise. My long haired pups don't do well in the heat so we will all be a lot more comfortable when the weather drops a bit.

- The Color Me Rad 5k in October
- Zachary visiting me for my birthday in October
- Home to my parents for Thanksgiving with my brother and Michelle and Eva!
