Lazy Weekend Challenge

Happy Saturday morning my fit friends! I hope you are well rested and ready to take on your weekend with a positive and goal-oriented attitude. I've got a challenge for you. When the weekend rolls around, it's so easy to get too relaxed instead of taking advantage of non-working days and more time to make progress with our healthy lifestyles.

The weekend challenge is simple. It's five things to do for two days. How easy does that sound? You can do anything you want for two days, I promise!
