Snow Day Workout

Good afternoon from my office!

This morning has actually flown by, surprisingly enough. Despite the fact that it got into the 60's yesterday, we got hit with another cold front and even got a little bit of snow flurries this morning. Cold weather brings everyone into the Fitness Center because its too cold to golf and the tennis courts are frozen. So anyway, it's been a crazy busy day! In light of this crazy weather, I put together a Snow Day Workout for you to complete right in the comfort and warmth of your very own home.


Isn't it funny how when it's cold out, we automatically forget to drink water? When it's hot out, it's so much easier to remember because we get thirsty so quickly. However, it's good to remind yourself to drink even when you don't feel thirsty in the winter!

Lunch

You've seen it before, you know I'm a creature of habit, but the Asian Salad I had for lunch today was awesome! It featured a spring mix of lettuce, baby corns, cucumbers, daikon radishes, cashews, roasted red peppers, carrots, won ton chips and a ginger vinaigrette dressing. Yummers!

I've got some more office work to finish up, a TRX Strength class to teach at 4 and then, I honestly will probably go home and relax for the evening. It has been a hectic day!
