Other than my early wake up, it was a typical morning for me starting with a the Fittie Pup workout- walking around our apartment complex taking care of business, followed by some quick food prep, 30 minutes of cardio at the gym and a 6:00 Warm Power Flow Yoga class. My strength felt really good today, I took the highest level in each pose and added an extra push up in with each of my vinyasas! Overall, it was a successful morning. Now, I'm chomping on some delicious sliced strawberries while I type up this blog post and get prepped for teaching class.
A little tip that really helps keep my servings in check, even when it comes to healthy foods like fruits and veggies, is to separate them into single serving sizes. As soon as I get them home from the grocery store, I wash and divide them up into individual baggies that are one serving size. That way I can just grab them on my way out the door when I need something quick! Time and calorie saving.
