Hey there! I hope you are having an easy, productive morning. Here's what mine looked like:
- 4am alarm, fittie pup walk
- Threw a batch of quinoa into my crockpot.
- Gym time! 10min on the stair master followed by a heavy bicep workout with a few tricep sets worked in. Ended with 15mins on the elliptical.
I listened to an audio video from "Oh My Raw" on food cravings and eliminating them while I worked out. I found it pretty interesting! You can get to the link by visiting www.ohmyraw.com. Click on "blog" at the top and then on the right, you will see about three photos down there is one advertising for a webinar on cravings. Click that and it will ask for your email address. She will then send you a link to listen in. It's definitely worth listening to.
I completed my workout for the day with a 6am yoga class which was so, so good! The class had a sub instructor who was surprisingly fantastic, gave a ton of feel good assists and really spoke on form and the benefits of each of the poses. I love my normal Thursday instructor but this girl was really great as well!
After a shower, I grabbed a green smoothie to go and packed up the last of my things- Trekky, all the food I prepped and the Fitness Pups and headed out to good 'ol Kentucky! Our estimated arrival time is 6:30 but we will obviously have to stop a few times. I brought tons of yummy food including tempeh, (shown above) quinoa with black beans and kale, veggies and homemade hummus and fruit! I'm hoping for some of this to last throughout the week to keep cost down as well as keep me on the healthy track!
Grady is not gonna like being in his cage. Muffin doesn't seem to mind much! Ha!
Enjoy your morning!
Hug to Zack and be smart and safe. You are irreplaceable.
