Good morning!
When Sunday finally gets here, I very much enjoy the slow paced, not "running around like a chicken with my head cut off" type of mood. I slept in til 8 today which was glorious. Then, it was time to get my fitness on! I took the Fittie pups to the park for a mile long walk followed by 35 minutes of biking and a back circuit for me.

Speaking of bikes! I went and looked at two beautiful bikes yesterday and got fitted for them. I'm an XS (47 cm)... Shocker right? So now I'm going to compare prices and hopefully make the purchase soon! I've always wanted my own bike and very much enjoyed biking with my family in the past.
Yesterday evening Zach and I played tennis and for the first time did not lose any balls! Last week when we played we had to stop playing because we launched every single one over the fence into an area we couldn't get to. So we are getting better! After that we went for a 2.5 mile walk downtown and then went to sonic to get diet cherry limeades.
If you have never had one of those, you need to try them. At only 20 calories in a large, they are a low calorie, perfect summer treat!! My plans for the rest of the day include some bike research, grocery shopping and food prep and maybe laying by the pool if the clouds clear out! Have an amazing day, see ya tomorrow!
