I am not the typical Starbuckser in the fact that I get something different every time. I love all of their drinks and the fact that I can healthy them up. Today, I have a Venti Iced Soy Skinny Mocha. Skinny= sugarfree mocha syrup, no whip and skim milk. It has 290 calories but 11g of protein which is awesome. So that's breakfast for me today!
I packed a few different items for me from my Trader Joes purchase last night including half of a hummus and veggie wrap and a block of teriyaki flavored tofu. Perfect early lunch after teaching Sculpt and Core and Restore classes this morning.
In the Veggie Wrap:
- Hummus
- Sprouts
- Lettuce
- Carrots
- Cabbage
The tofu was drained and then soaked in teriyaki sauce and served cold. It is extra firm. Hope you have a wonderful afternoon. Don't forget to get a good workout in before the weekend rolls around.
