Rowing Machine: How To


Have you ever seen this machine in your gym and wondered how the heck to use it? Or maybe you have used it but questioned your form. Recently, a member at my gym sent me a link to a great how-to video on the basics of rowing form. I thought some of you might find this beneficial as rowing is a GREAT full body workout. Not only are you going to get cardiovascular benefits from this, but also work on sculpting your legs, back and arms. Rowing is great for burning calories and a fun thing to throw in when you want to switch up your work out or add in some cardio to a day where you've already worked a lot of back.
