Breakfast and a Back Workout

Good morning! I am officially back at work so we should be back to our regularly scheduled blogging. I know you guys were getting anxious to figure out what the heck I've been up to the last week! I've been travelling between Omaha and Wilmington, spending time with Zachary and family and enjoying some great, sweaty workouts to combat all the great food I've been consuming. 

This morning I was up by 6:45 to walk the pups and be out the door by 7:15 to head to the gym. After a ten minute warm up on the elliptical, I ran a mile and then completed this back workout of supersets focusing on lats, rear delts and rhomboids. 


Then, it was off to work! Breakfast was a multigrain bagel with vegan cream cheese and tofurky. Good mix of carbs and protein for a post workout meal. Also, some unsweetened green tea to complete the meal. 


My first day back after 10 days off has been a busy one. I keep thinking it's Monday but thankfully, it's Thursday! I've got a meeting, lots more catch up work to complete, a TRX class to teach and then a few errands to run this evening.
