Good afternoon and happy Saturday!
After a quick morning at the office and a TRX class, I am officially on vacation until January 2nd! Woohoo!!!! Zachary is coming into town today and then I'm heading out to visit my parents again in Omaha for Christmas week on Monday. Exciting!
So January 1 is on it's way in and I can already tell the feelings of, "I'll wait to get started until the New Year" are beginning to set in. We are traveling, seeing family we haven't seen in ages, surrounded by good food and a lot of sitting around, family time. This is all good stuff and I want you to know, you can enjoy it any stay on track! Even if you are waiting until January 1st to jump start your wellness again, I wanted to give you some tips to help you do the least possible damage to your fitness and wellness during the next couple weeks. There are some tricks we can use to allow us to indulge and still stay within reach of our goals. We can enjoy the holidays without overdoing it, and without feeling deprived and restricted. Here are my simple tips to follow, keep these in sight and you will be right where you need to be!
What are your go-to tips when the Holidays roll around?
In need of some Christmas cheer?
