Movember Challenge

Tomorrow is the first day of November and I've got a challenge for you...

We are going to take November and turn it into MOVEmber!! Here's how you can take the 30 day challenge:


1. Print this out or take a screen shot on your phone for easy access.
2. Post it up on a wall where you will see it every day so you don't forget about it!
3. Starting November 1st, do the exercise listed on day one, 30 jumping jacks. On day two, do the exercise listed plus the exercise from day one, 6 push ups + 30 jumping jacks. On day three, you would have 10 squat jumps + 6 push ups + 30 jumping jacks! By the time you get to day 30 you have a full blown workout!
