I whipped up another Vegan PB Vanilla Milkshake for breakfast this morning. I also prepared a stir fry of veggies and tempeh yesterday to bring for lunch today since the Clubhouse is closed on Mondays.
I threw the tempeh in first on medium heat to give it a little extra time and sauteed that up with some agave. Then I added chopped jalapenos, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms and little olive oil. Add some pepper and you're good to go! Super quick, easy and deliciously nutritious.
Lots of office work is on the agenda for this afternoon and a TRX class at four! Hope your Monday is a smoooooth one.
