New Week, New Goals


Happy Monday my Fittie friends. After a productive yet relaxing weekend, I woke up with "sense of urgency," shall I say, to make some new goals for the week and see how far I can push myself. Who says goals have to be a year-long or only made in January? There is never a better time to start than this very second! Plus, making new goals each week can help keep things fresh and exciting, which means you are probably more likely to achieve them.


My goals are revolving around two things that I'd like to get better at- 1. Saving money and 2. Getting more fit of course!!

GOAL FOR THE WEEK

Write it all down
This week I am going to record the following:

  • Dietary Intake
  • Workouts
  • How much money I spend and on what (should be eye-opening)
To hold myself accountable I am going to keep track of everything on here, for all the world to see! I wont be blogging updates constantly as you all would probably get sick of me telling you about every single bite I take. Instead, I am going to create a new tab from the home page with my workouts, food journal and spending chart! That way, if you are interested, feel free to check it out! And definitely come and knock some sense into me if I get off track. I do love my sweets! :)


I'm in a good mood this morning and excited because I have exactly 17 more days until my trip to Kentucky to visit Zachary! I got a great workout in this morning at the gym and am now at work getting ready to teach Aqua Fitness!  The rest of the day includes some special event planning for a Stress Management Course I am teaching this week and a TRX class at 4.
