Trail Mix Goodies


I am so excited, a week from now I will be hanging out in Kentucky with Zachary! It's been almost two whole months since I have seen him last so it will be very nice to get to spend some time together for a few days. 


Breakfast


Another super energizing green smoothie, (I'm obsessed) and a super yummy homemade trail mix!


In the mix:
  • Raw almonds
  • Raw cashews
  • Freeze dried mango
  • Raisins
  • a dash of sea salt
Have you ever had freeze dried fruit? Oh my goodness, I discovered it this week. I got it from Trader Joes and let me tell you- it tastes like candy! So delicious!

Studying/taking quizzes for my Senior Fitness Specialty Certification
Working out around 4
Meeting Molly for dinner!
