Crazy Fitness Weirdos

After I finished teaching today I went straight to the gym for a workout! Today's lift was chest, shoulders and triceps. After that I did a short walk/jog interval workout on the treadmill. 

It is so beautiful out today I really didn't want to spend the whole morning inside. We had a huge storm last night so the humidity today is low and the sun is shining! I didn't go all out on cardio at the gym because I decided I'd do my own little pool workout instead!

Pool Workout

Jog 3 laps down and back
50 tuck jumps
50 right leg only
50 left leg only
50 Straight leg kicks (holding on to side
Repeat 3 times

3 laps walking lunge down and back
3 laps lateral lunges down and back
Standing straight leg kicks-alternating
30 Abductors each side
30 glute kickbacks each side
Repeat 3 times

Pretty easy but I didn't want to get too crazy because there were about 10 people out at the pool and I was the only one in the water. I'm sure everyone thought that I was a super weirdo while I was jumping around everywhere. :) hey, you gotta do whatcha gotta do to get that fitness in, right? 

Now I'm just laying out, workin' on a book . I have plans to hit up a hot yoga class this evening and maybe go for a nice walk while the weather is still nice!
