Rainy Day Workout

This morning we were greeted with quite the downpour here in Wilmington. Although that's great for our Group Exercise classes here at Porters Neck Country Club, I know there are some people who get the rainy day blues and can't find it in them to get out of the house. The following workout can be done basically anywhere and is sure to shake that gloomy feeling right out of you. The only thing you need is something to do your dips from- bench, chair, stairs etc.
