Boot Camp Circuit

Good afternoon my fellow Fitties! I'd like to share with you a super SWEATY circuit taken from my Boot Camp class this morning. I teach ten classes every week at Porters Neck Country Club. You, my lucky readers, will get to catch a special sneak peek in on them every now and then. Wednesdays are Boot Camp days!  Boot Camp is a class geared towards those really crazy people who like to be pushed to the point that they can't sit down the next morning. (I know you all know what I'm talking about!)

The great thing about Boot Camp however, is that it can also be modified with various levels of each move in order to create a great work out for all levels of exercisers- from beginners to the more advanced.  I prefer to teach this class in timed intervals so that everyone can move at their own pace, regardless of physical activity level. Try this circuit with or without the Gliding discs!
