Overindulge? Make Your Next Steps Count

Take a deep breath. Think about what just happened....

Your diet was going so well, you have been very disciplined, making positive decisions most of the time and avoiding scenarios that might cause you temptation to stray from your goals. You even got in a killer workout yesterday morning and for some reason, the stress of the day hit you, and dinner turned into dessert, and a snack, and then munchies at the TV and before you know it, you'd eaten about four dinners last night.


Okay, it's done. Now, what?

We all overindulge at some point in our journey. Guess what! It's probably a healthy thing. Of course, avoiding it as much as possible is great, and will get you a step closer to the results you want each and every time you don't give in. However, we are all human and for most of us, that means rigid rules and parameters don't always feel natural.
