500 Workout - No Excuses, At Home Workout

As if the weather couldn't get any crazier in Wilmington, I was at work for an hour today when the power went out. It's not windy, but all of the ice accumulation on power lines, trees etc., is causing quite a mess. Stuck inside my apartment once again, I feel like a kid celebrating snow days! With power out everywhere, branches cluttering the streets and falling on cars, I decided to do an at-home workout this afternoon rather than risk disaster trekking out to the gym.

Feel free to try this at home, I even did it in my socks!


Quick and easy! Basically, you want to do it as fast as possible, but rest as needed.
