Go Herd or Go Home!

Hey there!

I hope your Saturday is off to a great start. Mine began with the usual Fitness Pup Walk followed by breakfast at my desk.

An organic Fuji apple and another easy Amy's Breakfast Burrito. I love these because not only do they taste great but they are packed with protein rich beans and tofu. At only 270 calories, this burrito is delicious and filling. Although making my own burritos would probably be even healthier, these do the trick when I have a super early start and am rushing through my morning routine.

Today's TRX class is going to be a tough one! I am incorporating two glider circuits in between each circuit on the TRX. Participants have 8 moves on the TRX followed by 8 high intensity moves on the gliders, each at a minute a piece. Round two they will have 4 moves on the TRX followed by 4 high intensity moves on the gliders to finish them out. I have a feeling they are going to be super sweaty and likely, pretty sore tomorrow. No pain, no gain!

After work I am heading over to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch Marshall Football play Rice for the Conference USA championship! We have had such a great season this year, so I'm excited to see what this game has in store for us!

After the game I have a 3 mile run to get in that shouldn't be too bad as I am finally starting to make some progress with this head cold.

Have a great Saturday and GO HERD!
