Sweet Little Coffee Spot

I feel like I'm zooming around 90mph after 13 solid hours of sleep and two cups of coffee that hit the spot!

I currently live in a really great little apartment complex, one of the many owned by Tribute Properties. I love the gated community, the 24/7 on staff security guard, and the really great amenities such as a garden, pool, gated dog park, mini gym, bike rentals etc. They also are big on community events, hosting exercise classes, getting involved in fundraising/volunteering and throwing great Holiday parties with free food and alcohol, that you can even bring your own guests to! How cool is it that you can go have a drink with your neighbors, for free, bring some friends and not even worry about who is going to have to drive home. I think that's pretty cool. The staff is nice and very responsive to any requests, which is always a plus!

Anyway, one of my absolute FAVORITE things about living here is what I like to call, the Sweet Little Coffee Spot. I don't get to hit it up often because I'm almost always out the door long before the office opens, but when I do- I definitely take advantage!

I would imagine a lot of apartment complexes have free coffee. But this place rocks for more reasons than just the free java. First of all, they are pet friendly- hugeeee PLUS. This morning, after our morning walk, the pups and I stopped by the office so I could grab some caffeine. Not only can I bring them in with me, but they get a free treat as well!

So while my 12oz cup of coffee is freshly brewing might I add, the pups can stay out of trouble and enjoy a treat, on the house!

I have a choice between regular or decaf Starbucks coffee. This little machine is great because nothing goes to waste considering it brews one cup at a time. It only takes about 60 seconds and your coffee is served up, fresh and hot! Not a coffee drinker? No problem, this baby also whips up a cup of steaming hot water and Tribute Props has got you covered with a great selection of only the best...Tazo Tea!

I didn't think my experience could really get any better, until I noticed a sign that suggested there were some non dairy creamers in the fridge under the counter.

Plus Organic Agave, Stevia in the Raw and Organic Cane Sugar...what more could a Vegan Fittie ask for??

If you want to enjoy your coffee inside you can sit in one of their cute little nooks, or outside on the patio to enjoy the sunshine!

I love free and convenient! Plus anything that is vegan friendly and dog friendly too is an absolute winner in my book.

Off to the gym to put this caffeine to work!
