WEEKEND RECAP
Saturday evening after work it was so nice outside, Zachary and I decided to walk downtown to dinner at a restaurant we like to frequent called "Nick's Diner." We were originally turned on to the idea when a friend told me they had a separate vegan/vegetarian menu. Count me in! I used the app "RunKeeper" on my phone to track our duration/time/pace/calories.
We went straight to Nick's and got right to 1.5 miles in about 30 minutes. I had the Karma Free Vegan Wrap which features hummus, red peppers, jalepenos, onions, green peppers and kalamata olives with a pickle on the side! Zachary had a Chicken Wrap with a side Greek Salad.

Nick's is a fun, casual place for lunch or dinner that we also love because they serve a full breakfast menu all day. Yum! On the way back, we took the Riverwalk and ended up getting 2 miles in back to my apartment. I always love after-dinner walks.

Aren't we cute? :)

I had a really nice and productive day off yesterday. Started off my morning taking a walk with the Fitness Pups over to Greenfield Lake, followed by breakfast and reading at Starbucks.
Toasted Multigrain bagel (plain) with a Sugarfree Mocha Frappucino light with Soy.
I'm still working on that book, it's really great so far. For the rest of the day, I did laundry and sorted through about 6 large boxes of cooking supplies my mommy brought me. Fun stuff!
What are your goals for this week?
