Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

Good morning and Happy Friday!

I've got an exciting day today, teaching a Sculpt and Core class, working a few hours and then heading home to open my birthday package from my family, pack and then head out to Seattle for the weekend! It's going to be a quick trip but my flight leaves at 6pm tonight and I can't wait to see Michael and visit with my brother, his girlfriend and Michael's parents.


My members were awesome this morning with cupcakes lit and about 30 people singing happy birthday to me. It was so, so sweet! I am very blessed to be with such a good community here at work. Thank you to everyone who has made today special already!

I do have a fun and festive recipe for you guys to try out! I'm embracing Fall and all the typical trends that come with it- scarves, boots and pumpkin spice lattes!! Here's one of my favorite recipes to incorporate that amazing pumpkin flavor into a healthy breakfast, snack or post-workout option. Add some silken tofu to boost the protein status and make it thick and creamy!


You can substitute with any Vanilla or Plain flavored whey or plant-based protein powder, but you know I love my Complete Protein best to get those extra vitamins and minerals from 15 plants!
