Heart PUMP-kin Cardio and Core Workout

Hey there! Long time no talk. Let's get updated!

Last week
I completed the Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon (A half marathon). We had beautiful weather, and although I had some issues toward the end of the race, I would recommend the course to other half marathoners. Just make sure to run the shortest path, as I ended up with 13.4 miles on my watch. Apparently I made a bunch of wide turns??? Check out that race medal though! It's a huge surfboard!


I added some new credentials- Senior Fitness Specialty Certification...


and watched some football. The Herd is 7-0 and currently ranked 22nd!! WHOOP! Although my Hawks aren't doing quite as well, it's been a long time since the Herd has been in the top 25. I'm definitely enjoying that!


The rest of my week will include light workouts as I recover from my race and a trip to Seattle Friday evening to visit Michael! Now that we're updated, lets talk Fitness! I have a fun Halloween themed workout for you guys to try out today.
