My Princess looks so beautiful

They make me so happy!
One of the ways that I feel like I reciprocate my love for them is by being conscientious about the things I'm eating and making certain to do everything in my power to live as compassionate of a life as possible. Which leads me to the first reason of why I am so thankful to be a Vegan!
1. Living a compassionate, vegan friendly life is a way to give back all of the happiness and smiles that animals bring me. I have always loved animals and never have felt right about eating them. My mom once told me that even when I was a baby, when she would feed me baby food that was any sort of meat I would shove it right back out with my tongue. I strongly believe that even then, it didn't feel right and it never will sit right in my heart to support the suffering of any animal, big or small. Animals truly bring me so much happiness, this is my way to try to give that back to them.
2. A vegan diet supports a healthy lifestyle. When done correctly, veganism supports every aspect of health that I try to promote in my clients and anyone else seeking advice. Vegans consume mostly vitamin and mineral rich plant products at every meal setting up their bodies to fight off infections and disease. Eliminating fatty foods such as meat and milk products gives us a chance to increase the working capacity of our entire cardiovascular system and live a long, healthy life.
3. Being a vegan is the best choice I ever made. Being vegan is a choice, not a sacrifice. Any time we give back to others, as we all should in some way, we increase our significance in this world. If I have something to give, why hold on to it? There has never been a moment where I have felt that I'm "giving up" anything, rather I am choosing to live a life that is completely guilt-free.
4. The lifestyle promotes open-mindedness in others. Full blown vegan or not, when others see the feeling of wholeness veganism brings to ones life, their mind becomes open to the thought of promoting a healthy lifestyle change in themselves. Whether it be increasing fruit and vegetable intake, or eliminating red meat, every change makes a difference!
5. Even though I am just one person, I am saving the lives of many other sentient beings. Is there going to come a time when everyone in this world is vegetarian or vegan? No. But every single meal we consume meat-free saves the life of at least one living being. That's a huge accomplishment to be thankful for!
6. Veganism supports a thriving ecosystem. Putting my love for animals aside, it has been shown in many studies how devastating factory farming is on the earth. Again, every meal really does matter. Making meat production such a priority has done irreversible damage on our water, soil, plants and air.
If you've never considered it before, vegetarianism or the vegan lifestyle could be the change you need in your life. I have never felt more fulfilled, energized and overall happy. :)
God's plan A for us was to be vegetarians but as happens most times we went for plan B. Plan B is never God's first choice because it is second best for us. Amazing how smart God is. Even more amazing is that He always lets us choose. I've lived my life on both plans. For me being a vegetarian is the best choice. It isn't because I love animals it's because I am healthy.
